Yeah, But 1 more thing, Idk what % fat my ground beef is, but according to the site, 6oz of it, has like 500 calories, thats too much, Idk if i can eat that, prolly replace that protein with tuna, or chicken?
in the meal plan u recomended 80/20, I just lookd up and lean ground beef isnt that high in cals
I guess i can get that
The plan can be modified to anyone's specific needs.
90/10 (lean ground beef) is also fine but I really recommend 80/20 and here is why:
http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/nutrition-calories/food/generic/ground-beef-8020/3 oz has 21 protein and 17 fat w/ 240 cals.
That works out to 7g protein and 5.5g fat and 80 cal PER OUNCE.
So for your purposes, 5 oz seems to be about right....served with a big plate of steamed or sauteed green veggies and some zero-cal sauce for the beef (I recommend walden farms 0-carb no sugar bbq sauce)
