Eggs with 1 carb per egg? What kinds of eggs are those???

Regular egglands best eggs:

http://www.egglandsbest.com/nutrition/nutrition-facts.aspx

0g carbs per egg. (realistically it might be a fraction of  a gram, but it's negligible)

Secondly, here is the cottage cheese you want:

http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-friendship-dairies-1-percent-lowfat-i87262

3g carbs per HALF cup, so 6g TOTAL for a full cup. Just add some cream or peanut butter (get snaclite naturally more peanut butter) or o-oil to boost the fat.

Yeah, I def gotta find eggs with no carbs next time I go shopping, and better cottage cheese =0

I just assumd they didnt have carbs in em beforehand and i turnd out to be wrong

same with mayo.. apprently the kind i have (miracle whip) has like 1 or 2 carbs per tablespoon LOL
garbage.

The plan can be modified to anyone's specific needs.

90/10 (lean ground beef) is also fine but I really recommend 80/20 and here is why:

http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/nutrition-calories/food/generic/ground-beef-8020/

3 oz has 21 protein and 17 fat w/ 240 cals.

That works out to 7g protein and 5.5g fat and 80 cal PER OUNCE.

So for your purposes, 5 oz seems to be about right....served with a big plate of steamed or sauteed green veggies and some zero-cal sauce for the beef (I recommend walden farms 0-carb no sugar bbq sauce)

No problem. If you need further instruction just ask me. Once you get it, it's very easy. But if this is the first time you are running keto, it will definitely be pretty hard to get into the swing of things.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING KETO STRIPS from walmart/walgreens/cvs/etc.

It's a tube/box of small strips that you piss on and shake for a few seconds, then compare to a color chart. If you are in ketosis, your urine will react with the reagent on the strips causing a color change ranging from white to dark purple.

You want to shoot for the "minor-moderate ketosis"

These strips are excellent in knowing if you are doing things the right way or not.

You won't lose muscle on this diet when done properly. However you might feel that you are losing strength. This is normal when you have no glycogen stores to fuel the muscles directly - however once you lose the fat desired and return to a normal diet, so does your strength within about a week.

Why do I always wake up with a extremely dry mouth? I drink plenty of water throughout the day and it's only been happening in the past year.

Any ideas?
