if I should only be taking what I have do you see anything that I should change? (brand wise or etc).

Edit: Also I read up and my serious mass has Creatine Monohydrate 1g (Enhanced with Creatine, L-glutamine & Glutamine Peptides, Choline, Inositol, PABA, and MCTs.) should I equate this into my creatine intake ?
1. Don't bother with creatine pills. Stick to Optimum Nutrition micronized creatine monohydrate (5g) mixed w/ grape juice.
2. pre workout pills - stick to NOW! Arginine + Ornithine + Optimum BCAA-1000 caps for pre workout. I don't advise caffeine pre-workout as the increased heart rate can actually make your overall workout experience shorter and less productive overall.
3. other supplements should include:
NOW! Vitamin C-1000 (take 1x 4 times a day spread out)
NOW! Vitamin D-3 (5,000 iu) (take 1x per day)
Optimum BCAA-1000 caps (take 4 pre, during, and post workout)
NOW! GABA (take 1x with ZMA before bed)
NOW! Arginine + Ornithine (take 3x pre and post workout and 3x before bed)
lastly, don't bother figuring that into your creatine...just take the 5g with grape juice separately.
