1) Do you know of a creatine I could take that comes in pill form? Y/N?

2) Or a pre-work out that comes in pill form? (I know you said that they don't really do anything, but for some reason when I am taking Jacked or Super Pump I definitely feel different and better for working out possibly just a placebo effect or something) Y/N?

3)Also I ordered Orange Triad and now have: ZMA, Serious Mass (Protein), Orange Triad, a powder monohydrate Creatine, and super pump (not taking any more currently). My question is a) should I be taking anything else? I have friends that take amino acids and other products by like Syntha-6 i.e: ( vitamins, drinks during workouts ) and pills as well. b) if I should only be taking what I have do you see anything that I should change? (brand wise or etc).

Edit: Also I read up and my serious mass has Creatine Monohydrate 1g (Enhanced with Creatine, L-glutamine & Glutamine Peptides, Choline, Inositol, PABA, and MCTs.) should I equate this into my creatine intake ?

in general, I try to keep people away from EC and ECA stacks. Stick to straight caffeine or a good blend like GAT Jet Fuel.

take that diet, and modify it down to 1,800 cal / day instead of 2,200.

1. Don't bother with creatine pills. Stick to Optimum Nutrition micronized creatine monohydrate (5g) mixed w/ grape juice.
2. pre workout pills - stick to NOW! Arginine + Ornithine + Optimum BCAA-1000 caps for pre workout. I don't advise caffeine pre-workout as the increased heart rate can actually make your overall workout experience shorter and less productive overall.
3. other supplements should include:

NOW! Vitamin C-1000 (take 1x 4 times a day spread out)
NOW! Vitamin D-3 (5,000 iu) (take 1x per day)
Optimum BCAA-1000 caps (take 4 pre, during, and post workout)
NOW! GABA (take 1x with ZMA before bed)
NOW! Arginine + Ornithine (take 3x pre and post workout and 3x before bed)


lastly, don't bother figuring that into your creatine...just take the 5g with grape juice separately.

Hey i made a thread about this already ( http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=49410235&f=60 ), but no feedback as of now, can't hurt to get more opinions especially from someone as experienced as you

So i was just curious, I was debating on whether or not to start up creatine. I'm 18 yrs old, been lifting for a year and a half about. Got over some small plateaus but would like to bulk up a little still.
Any major bad effects worthy of keeping me away from the stuff or do you recommend it? thanks !

in general it may be bad. but does having creatine with it pose any additional risks?

just the diet or do the workout as well? if so what is the best workout to do? one is mentioned in the post but it may have been told through pm chat.

YES!

Creatine is a GREAT idea for virtually anyone looking to gain size and strength.

Take Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate.

For the first week, take 20g / day (split into 4 doses of 5g each) - mixed with grape juice.

After the first week, switch over to 5g total per day (either 2.5 g pre and post workout, or 5g pre OR post workout) also mixed with grape juice.


Stay on creatine for 3-4 months straight, then take a week off, and redo the loading phase, and begin again.

No, they do not benefit or antagonize each other. But Arginine + caffeine is not a good idea because arginine vasodialates and caffeine vasoconstricts. Thus the two fight it out and you get less benefit of each (caffeine usually wins). The same applies to any vasoconstrictor like ephedrine.
