looks pretty good, maybe next time film from the back to see your stance, looks like maybe u should go a little wider and are you pushing your knees out as u come out of the hole?

my foot stance wider you mean ? and yea i think i push a bit outwards when I'm coming up, but i don't cave them inwards. is pushing them outwards a bit bad ? cause i know if they go inwards its bad for den knees

pushing outwards is what you want to do. i cant say for sure on your stance. next time film a back angle

basically keep your head straight inline with your back. aka if your standing straight up and looking straight youre doing it right, if you tilt forward, your head follows your back as if your head is fixed to that initial straight up standing position (back tilts forward, head follows etc. )

no vid, just an update.

picked up 90 kg more weights for my home gym


now i got up to 280 kg (lol one day)


@ xgearz

500 lb deadlift is ominous.

or in my case it will be a 507 as i got no small weights.

i think doing this will result in back injuries.

no lie i herniated my lower spine deadlifting just 315 (its true that my form was bad but still)
