Squat looked good.
As Turtleboi said, unrack and walkout looked shitty.

Yeh would be nice if I had a squat rack longer than 2 feet so I don't have to worry about taking a full step back and bumping into the damn rack (which I have done of course) and I've also hit the inside of plates against the rack while squatting. Quite the shitty little squat rack in my small town homemade gym lol.

Best ways you guys have found to build strength?

Ive been told doing sets of 3 and either almost failing or by the end of however many sets you do failing @ 2 and needing help to finish 3rd is good?

Currently doing 5 sets of 3 flat bench @ 315 / Squat at 365 / Deadlifts at 385

of course doing accessory exercises as well.

5 set of don't injure yourself and stay consistent.

Te be honest there is multiple ways to get strong. Get used to play with intensity, volume, training frequency and read a lot...eventually you'll figure out what the best C/C programs have in common and apply that in your own training methodology.

My walkout never takes me back further than 6 inches to. Foot. Ensures I don't hit the rack on the way out, and easier to get that 3rd step into proper position if it has less distance to travel
