hey. If i want to be a blood donor how would this affect my training and overall health? I think you can give blood every 3 months or something.. and they take 450 ml..

It won't really affect your training and overall health. Donating blood is a very good thing for society. I would simply recommend drinking plenty of fluids, taking all of your supplements, eating a lot of red-meat rich meals, and taking the next 2 days off from the gym after donating. (So it would be best to donate on a friday and take the wknd off)

I'm donating on Halloween Sunday morning, can I workout before it then go? I'd rather miss back then chest.

Can you recommend the best Multi Vitamin that I should be taking?
- 17, male, lbs: 160, ht: 5'10, been working out for 3 months looking to add 10 more lbs of muscle (started at 145)

Currently Taking ZMA just as a recovery for sleep.

Also if you could recommend me switching any of these or adding to this:
Taking ZMA at night.
Serious Mass 50g Protein shake every day.
Super Pump 250 ( was taking this every day now i do sometimes dont sometimes because of stomach pain while working out )

I was looking to take a creatine and a friend gave me Beta - Creatine by like Body Tech but I didn't really take it often.... If you could recommend a creatine too that would be great.

Hey there.

Try Controlled Labs Orange Triad or NOW! Adam. Both are fantastic blends...OT has a slight advantage but also requires a total of 6 pills per day whereas adam only requires 2.

Next you have Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate as the best creatine you can buy for the money. Mix 5g with grape juice and enjoy post or pre-workout for best results.

Also avoid products like super pump or no explode. They are mostly caffeine and artificial sweeteners.

Alright another quick question.

My buddy said that when starting to take creatine that I should be taking it like 3-4 times a day?

yes, the first time you take it you need a loading phase. This is 1 week of taking 20g of creatine per day. Take 5g mixed w/ grape juice at the following times: Morning, Pre workout, post workout, and pre-bedtime. Do this for 1 week, then go down to 5g / day.
