i did break my back
the doctor said if i wanna walk
at 40 to stop liftin n let it heal
so i said no thx went to gym
squatted over 400 first time in 15weeks
back feels better

but i mean girls dl more than me

Just wrench it up. Pretend its a really heavy lawn mower cord and you have to use both hands to pull it

Should be able to hit 1k total on Monday.

157.5-160 squat (5-7.5kg pr)
100-102.5 bench (0-2.5kg pr)
195-200 dl (10-15kg pr)

total = 452.5kg-462.5kg (995.5lbs-1,017.5lbs)

Not going to drink a single fuking drink this week, and hit 4,000-4,500 kcals every day.

saaaaah close! next monday I'll get it. need to get my lats tighter when initiating the pull, knees locked out too early cuz i wasn't tight to start the lift. Extremely gassed aswell, failed my squats earlier that day, and hit 190dl, and this was my 2nd time trying 200.

Worked up to 4 plates after my workout sets. Had to get a video with better form for a true 4 plate squat.

Squat looked good.
As Turtleboi said, unrack and walkout looked shitty.
