yes, pickle them!

Soak the hard boiled eggs (after they are peeled) in a mixture of vinegar + salt (go easy on the salt) + pepper + garlic.

Let it sit overnight in the fridge, and by morning you'll have really tasty pickled eggs. The added vinegar is also of healthful benefit for a multitude of reasons.

The other option is to slice them in half and add mustard or mayo to each egg.

The last way (I often do this myself) - cut the eggs in half and soak them in balsamic vinegar for about 30 minutes, then enjoy. Really tasty this way.

generally speaking, beans are good for bulking cycles.

I prefer black beans...although most beans are acceptable.

Just make sure to rinse them in water after taking them out of the can to get rid of all the excess salt from packing.

hey raynor,

i'm lactose intolerant so i am taking lactaid pills whenever i drink milk, is any negative effects and do you recommend it?

hey man

im cutting again and trying to cut out all carbs
but i end up going crazy and am always hungry
so iv bee. eating carbs maybe twice a day ( rice) is this ok? or what should i do im not to worried about loosing muscle.. i just need to cut weight off my abs

what tests i should take to see if i am not lacking some minerals, vitamins and so on.. also to see the mercury levels and cholesterol levels in my body?

hey raynor ive read that digestive enzymes can be beneficial to hard gainers(like myself), so would u reccomend them? and which wud u reccomend? and would i be able to get these anywhere besides off the internet?

I am not YET a licensed physician so I can't really tell you what to do either way, however...

If you are lactose intolerant, I would stay away from dairy all together. You body has infinite wisdom, no need to try and defy it.

anabolic cutting diet is the best thing you can do for cutting fat. However if you feel hungry you need to try the following:

1. Increase green vegetables in your diet. When you get hungry eat some celery and peanut butter or any combination of green veggies (no peas)

2. Increase your fat consumption, you might not be getting enough!

3. MIND OVER MATTER...if you discipline yourself enough, you will be able to conquer anything.

Full panel blood test at a sports medicine doctor should do the trick. Ask them to analyze for all nutrients, vitamin levels, hormone levels, etc.

usually insurance will cover it once per year with a physician referral.
