1. Increase green vegetables in your diet. When you get hungry eat some celery and peanut butter or any combination of green veggies (no peas)
2. Increase your fat consumption, you might not be getting enough!
3. MIND OVER MATTER...if you discipline yourself enough, you will be able to conquer anything.
