I had an upper back injury (trap/neck) that prevented me to train since last Thursday. I missed 4 training sessions including the taper but I decided to test anyways. Still not 100% but I'm leaving to coach at my Gymnastics camp in a few days so I had to.

I had more in mind but it wasn't happening on that day.

I've got 1 week left of lifting before I head up to Queensland to look for farmwork, it's a 1 hour walk to the nearest gym, gonna be rough brahs LOL

Here's some decent lifts (except bench, that's potato)

and getting much better at externally rotating my shoulders/hips, I feel it a lot more in my quads now and it's tougher to break the bar off the floor, but it flys up once it's off and I can retain tightness for longer at the bottom of the lift

What spandex?? Those are cloth shorts! 100% Syrian cotton.
