ty sir, I have no idea about the bf% I don't trust anyone at the ymca to test it out...if they even have the equipment to do it lol. I started going to golds a bit though I'll check if I can get it tested there.
Big 3 is just an estimate right now I haven't maxed in a long time. Dead is over 450 though since I got that pretty easily last week.
