again, your cns is something thats very hard to tell if its being stressed, or is okay.. no one will ever really know, you have to learn how to feel your body
but if you go in and pull or squat your heart out, as heavy as you can, with accessories .. i honestly dont think you should be able to do that twice a week..
and even if you feel like tip top shape 2 -3 days after, im willing to bet your cns still hasnt recovered fully, ergo stressing it even further.
