and even if you feel like tip top shape 2 -3 days after, im willing to bet your cns still hasnt recovered fully, ergo stressing it even further.

You work up to your highest set of 5 not down. You're doing it wrong sir. I've always increased doing this. Most people do. Unless for some reason you think your body is alien or something. A body is a body. For the most part they work the same way. You run into joint and bending issues but the body still reacts virtually the same for each person gaining muscle wise.

Who said this is helping me gain muscle? Because I clearly stated the opposite. And no, a body is not a body, if you mean that every body works the same way LMAO. Any other nonsense I have to listen to? I you have everybody is the same, you could not be more wrong.

The body was designed for a reason. Yes they work the same.... are you a man with an insects body? No you're a Fucking human. They all work in the same fashion.

Fine then. I'm going to stop in two weeks my hypertrophy routine and get back to my previous routine only to show you IT WORKS FOR ME. Holy fuck.

You can work yourself out anyway you want. Doesn't make it better... bust your ass on a workout once a week and you'll see gains. You don't need 3x a week with the same heavy compound.
