This could well be my last rugby season, its been a good 14 or so years

Well i gi back to the physio in a week and they will reassess, but i could be looking at 5-8 weeks recovery. I dont know how much of that will mean 0 squatting and deadlifting

Time to become a bench specialist. But atm i cant even bend my knee properly to get in a bench position

Right? I had timed it for a 105% deadlift over there too. Now itl be some curls

Perks of having a russian coach for weightlifting is that you get stronger from feeling like shit 3x/week without really knowing it.
Had a surprise maxday today. Supposed to go for a max effort hang-powerclean, a 3-5RM DL and a 1-3RM DL

Lifts on video;
Cleanpulls: 150kg x1+4, set 8/8 from tuesday

Hang-powercleans: 110x1, 130x1, 140x0, 100x3
Clean deadlift: 210x4, 230x1
