Testing in 2 weeks so 1 last week of real training + 1 week recovering before the test.

Deadlift felt slow off the floor because of quad fatigue

Off-Season - B2W5D5-6
SATURDAY
Front Squat:
1x 163 kg/360 lbs
6x4x 138 kg/305 lbs

Conv. Deadlift:
1x 204 kg/450 lbs
8x1x 188 kg/415 lbs

OHP:
1x 79 kg/175 lbs
6x3x 70 kg/155 lbs

Bench:
3x4x 122.5 kg/270 lbs

Seated DB Press:
3x8x 30 kg/65 lbs

W. Chin-up:
4x4x 27 kg/60 lbs
