Myofusion DOES come with a scoop. It's stuck in the middle/bottom of the powder. Dig through it with butter knife and you will find it!

also 8 TEASPOONS!! Not Tablespoons!!!

depends on workout, bodyweight, etc.

A good rule of thumb is 40g

when u cook oatmeal and dice apples in it while still cooking does apple lose it's nutrients?

and should i dice them or grate them for better digestion?

Hey! :)

I have two questions for you:

Are squats with just your own bodyweight helpful? What would be the best amount to do? The higher the better?

And

I don't really feel as if I need to improve much more. If you're just trying to maintain the same muscle mass, what is the best way to check if it's working?

lately i've had to cut down on food costs and that has resulted in me consuming more whey protein

is this bad for me? whey protein usually = 2/3 of my daily protein intake is probably whey protein lately...
