i stopped training bb goals at the end of march and picked up mma. dropped 10 lbs (162 now) i probably lift twice a week now, usually shoulders and then chest/back. training for a 10k also; june 9th is the day of event. going for a low 40 min time (10k = 6.2 mi) so i'm doing lots of cardio and maintaining muscle. i'm procrastinating right now which is probably the only reason i made this post. alright i've gotta stop fucking around
