The results are not amazing in my opinion thats why I was shocked by a few peoples reactions but I am on a very strict diet and train best I can at home with the equipment I have available.
dosent matter if you weight trained in the past, it still counts as training and even working out, pushups counts just as same. make a new topic saying you "re-started" your training september 2010, fucking idiot
