Buy measurement tools.

Or use a spoon (a full spoon = 1 tblspoon) then convert.

hey raynor,

i need a meal plan and an exercise guide that will get me from 135 lbs to 150 lbs. my height is disproportionate from my weight IMO (5'10). i dont want to bulk up per se, i like my current build now and i just want to gain more weight. the big thing probably is WHAT to eat and timings. im guessing once every 2-3 hours and solid foods like nuts and vegetables?

It's measured by the included scoop.

I believe the scoop is 25g protein per scoop...so figure 1.5 scoops.

hey there, please try not to answer questions in this thread, no matter how stupid they are. I appreciate you trying to help out, but I also need people to set the example for others so that there aren't multiple opinions flying around. Thanks for understanding! =)

I have already answered similar things before, so you should be able to find a good plan on there.

Basically you need to take in more calories...no not from nuts/vegetables...although you will be getting plenty of those as well.

You need to be eating balanced meals with a 40/40/20 blend of protein/carbs/fats

Increase your overall caloric intake, and eat every 2-3 hours. But remember you need to eat MORE than you are eating now...a lot more.

Is eating 2 pounds of shrimp at one time really bad for you as far as cholesterol?

My friend dropped some broscience on me and told me to get some calcium in with it. Your thoughts?

What you are asking me doesn't make any sense.

You want to measure out 36g worth of protein from myofusion and you don't want to use the scoop and you don't have measuring tools? Is that what you're asking me? If so, why are you NOT using the scoop? Because 36g is approx 8 teaspoons.
