When I learned proper bench form it helped me instantly add like 20lb to my bench lol.

I don't know if you should be unracking it with your butt up in the air like that tho m9

makes it a lot easier to unrack the weights, less energy spent unracking = more energy for benching.

I can't really copy anyone else's deadlift form. Sumo is supposed to put your hips closer to the bar than conventional, for me they're both the same distance from the bar. Rounded back makes it easier off the floor, but harder to lock out, it's as if it adds an extra step when you get the bar inches away from lockout, where you have to retract your shoulder blades (I missed my first 405 pull because of that)

Your scapula should be tight and organized from the beginning, as they influence spinal mechanics

Does the article topic still exist/may I have a link to it if it does?

I remember loving that topic but my continuing education fell off after a severe concussion (because I was retarded for about 7 months).

Which article topic do you mean? Sucks I know several people who've suffered concussions and still experience related symptoms. I wouldn't wish it on anyone and I think contact sports are the devil personally. Concussions can be seriously debilitating

There was a topic with posts of tons of articles in it. I don't recall the name but it was really good information. If there are a few article-based topics, I'll take any links and know it when I see it :)

I managed to get through years of contact sports (football, rugby, hockey) -- even playing at a fairly high level -- for years without suffering a"bad" concussion. But this one nearly killed me. Whiplash, two vertebrae out of place, hip all screwed up ... all from a cheap undercut from a dirty opponent when I was driving in a pick-up basketball game. I'm still not great with bright lights and my memory has some weird gaps in it. That's unfortunate because I have always been known for my ridiculous long-term memory. /personal wall

I think that post was lost a while ago. There's no such thing as a good concussion dude, even seemingly mild ones do long term damage and make you a lot more susceptible. It's a slippery slope, once you have had one you're doomed to repeat concussions
