Height: 5'9, Weight:11.5 stone (160lb)

training since september 2010, at home only with: 1 set of 15kg (33lb) dumbbells, exercise ball (use it as a bench etc), and a pull up bar. I do a lot of body weight exercises and supersets, 1 minute rest between each set.

For cardio I box with a heavy bag.

Progress has been slow since I suffer from from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ankylosing_spondylitis.

Picture (excuse the messy room, I share it with my grilfriend haha):

I'm not trying to become a bodybuilder just want to increase strength/size and stay lean. Lmk what you guys think, cheers.

you havent been training since september 2010, not even with steroids you can gain sucha result. lying to public about your result just makes you a complete failure, jerk

haha looked through old photobucket pics and found this..was like 3-4 months after i had started lifting for the first time..july or august 09 lmao..this was literally right before i had to take that 8 month break..and wow my arms were like literally 14 or 14.5" back then  back no width..wow

then this was the same time this year, so basically 1 year progress...but not near what it shoulda been..didn't start back until this year of april as well..so after getting smaller and weaker for 8 months of no lifting in 3-4 months i went from around 14, or 14.5" arms to 16" in that pic and back alot more width and thickness..

tl;dr: 1 year progress between the 2 pics, except only 3-4 months of actual lifting during that time and still that much progress rest was just nothing cause of sports

Lol why would I have any reason to lie? I started training from september 2010, I have weight trained in the past but this was many months ago.

The results are not amazing in my opinion thats why I was shocked by a few peoples reactions but I am on a very strict diet and train best I can at home with the equipment I have available.

He just jumps on people who have had good progress. For example, he says that I'm frauding because I don't look like a 17 year old and that I've been weight training since September '09. Don't worry about what he says, you've got a great frame.
