that moved fast as chit, i bet you could get 325-335

lats hng ass hnnnnngggg

but i agree with your statement, looked more like you purposely tried to pull it slow off the floor rather than pause

Thx meng, my arms look so pathetically small compared to my legs. Gotta work on em, and my chest.

Still some lumbar flexion. You need to set your position and develop tension in your back before you put any tension on the bar at all. Once you start to pull you will never achieve that idealized spinal position

I have no idea how to get that last little bit of lumbar flexion out! No matter how tight or how much I pull myself into the bar it doesn't go away. I think it might just be my spinal electors are abnormally big and stick out more than the rest of my back

Friend filming cut off the first couple of reps (filmed with snapchat), but I think this was a set of 5 or 6, don't remember exactly because it was a week ago.
Did some work with singles:
315x1
335x1
355x1
355x1
Then this set. Done at ~174 lbs BW, cheers :)
EDIT, I'm bad at posting vids, here's the link

80 percent sure it has to do with the shoulder complex because I had the same problem. See how your shoulders are protracted when you pull? Need to get those scapula retracted and ram rod straight. The lats help maintain your lumbar curvature

Like pull my shoulders back? Like in a bench setup? If I do that I have SO much trouble breaking the bar off the floor. Is there a way I can move the back rounding to my upper back?

No, you need to keep your shoulders in a good position from the beginning to support the lumbar curve

Agreed, watching ur vids is farking annoying with the long set ups and untrimmed start and finish

If ur on a mac then you will already have iMovie which is as easy as MS Paint to learn

If ur on windows then use windows movie maker, or get Premiere Pro

Or you can even trim them on your phone

Video - edit - trim

Bench setup is getting a lot better, finally managing to get my quads into a position where they're going downwards and feet tucked behind my knees. Feels A LOT more stable, and I'm able to get a lot more leg drive and a better arch! Hopefully hit 97.5kg for a double next week!

When I learned proper bench form it helped me instantly add like 20lb to my bench lol.

I don't know if you should be unracking it with your butt up in the air like that tho m9
