Friend filming cut off the first couple of reps (filmed with snapchat), but I think this was a set of 5 or 6, don't remember exactly because it was a week ago.
Did some work with singles:
315x1
335x1
355x1
355x1
Then this set. Done at ~174 lbs BW, cheers :)

Proceeded to do 280x5 after (weight I was supposed to be doing for my program lol)

Those skinny kids in background were mirin and asking for all sorts of advice lmao

lmao, never took a vid of my paused dls before. They're so potato, hardly a pause at all... still nb keeping tightness at 75% of my normal sumo 1rm

Still some lumbar flexion. You need to set your position and develop tension in your back before you put any tension on the bar at all. Once you start to pull you will never achieve that idealized spinal position

That went up pretty fast! I think you're pretty close :P
My 1RM is probably right around 365 and I'm starting a cut right now, so you'll catch up no problem haha.
