nice one mate, you look around 8%-10% to me.

training since september 2010, at home only with: 1 set of 15kg (33lb) dumbbells, exercise ball (use it as a bench etc), and a pull up bar. I do a lot of body weight exercises and supersets, 1 minute rest between each set.

yes he is the only visible fat he has is actually water weight that stores in the lower tummy, no love handles at all

i'm 8.6% so i would say between high 7%'s to low 8%'s since he's clearly got less than me
