Those before and after pics I showed that were from.along time ago for the TB diet were the same weight and I was bigger and looked leaner. Not sure what you're getting at. That was from close to the beginning of lifting though. Doesn't change the fact.

still doesn't work
and any serious or decent football team requires gym work

so basketball and ping pong doesn't count

2 seasons basketball around 3-4 months each, 1 season football 3-4 months. Altogether made 11 months. No lifting and pure regression.

No, that wasn't your T-bell bulk, fool. You went from 185 - 230 your first bulk correct? And were fat as fuck with fat tits and YOU EVEN ADMITTED YOU GOT FAT DURING THAT BULK! Not the most recent one. The one before that.
