I broke 160 a few weeks ago haha
Up to like 163 or something <_<

I'm hoping to hit 160 by next year hopefully...My diet is going to be the best for the next 4 months or so because of school...If i keep bulking during summer (most likely will) i'm going to go all out, eat clean and a lot and hope to pack on another 5 or more pounds by the time i start my 3rd semester...

Lifts are starting to plateau a bit...Took a pretty long deload and lost a lot of strength, hoping to get back to where i was before and maybe go over :P

My lifts have been going up pretty quick, but my bench has stalled... (Pretty expected considering I'm not doing a strength routine) Hit 185 x 12 today with quite a bit of ease though.
Deadlifts go up weekly pretty much xD
But I'm a pussy and don't squat heavy, as I don't see a need considering I'm not going into powerlifting or bodybuilding (Nohateplox)

MY DL dropped so much it's depressing...Was repping 315 for 4 a few weeks ago, last back day i almost failed pulling 275 for 5...And my bench has stalled at ~ 145 for the past 2 months lol...Squat is still decent sitting at 225x5 :P

I think i'm gonna go back to a strength training program soon, maybe mad cows...

Height: 5'9, Weight:11.5 stone (160lb)

training since september 2010, at home only with: 1 set of 15kg (33lb) dumbbells, exercise ball (use it as a bench etc), and a pull up bar. I do a lot of body weight exercises and supersets, 1 minute rest between each set.

For cardio I box with a heavy bag.

Progress has been slow since I suffer from from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ankylosing_spondylitis.

Picture (excuse the messy room, I share it with my grilfriend haha):

I'm not trying to become a bodybuilder just want to increase strength/size and stay lean. Lmk what you guys think, cheers.

Thanks for the kind words guys, and yeah the results are from me working out at home with the equipment I listed, no gym as funds dont allow sadly.

I'm not happy with my body fat still because there is still a good pinch of excess around my lower abs, what do you guys think my bf % is roughly?

I am waiting on new medication for my Ankylosing spondylitis so I can increase my cardio :).
