focus more on the pull and not looking at the camera while deadlifting

take knee wraps off while squatting

You're going to severely hurt yourself soon if you don't focus on proper form etc.

work on good mornings with a rubber band around both feet and the back of your neck. they teach you how to bias the hip into flexion first, before anything else. you arent lifting the bar with your erector spinae, you pull with your glutes and hams.

this some good advice

I normally wear sleeves when I squat but I didn't have any and my knees didn't feel great

By focusing more on the pull, you mean more hammy/glute less low back? Would doing a couple weeks of sumo be beneficial?

Rubberband GM's and hipthrusts is a great way to help you drive more with glutes.
Looks like you could use some RDL's aswell.
Do more corework aswell - planks and hyperextensions

Aight bruddas thanks for the advice, I knew the DL was dirty but I didn't expect to PR and have perfect form

Squat is a bit more subtle things, I thought it went fairly well

Still happy pulling 500 and squatting 435 but I'm glad I'm still 18 and am able to recover fast and not die from a form slip

Of course it is. I'm thankful for your advice but there's no need to act like a pretentious ass because I'm not Aube and I didn't have perfect form lifting with maximal effort.

No it really isn't. I'm not being pretentious at all. There's a difference between imperfect form and throwing out your back because you think your max is 30lbs higher than it actually is
