extra time is worth its weight in gold to me at the moment.

I hardly have enough time to even come on JSP anymore to be honest. However, once medical school is over I am hoping for a week or so break in which I can catch up on a lot of things....updated pics would be in order.

How can I loose weight, I've been like 50 pounds over my whole life. I am 20 Years old.

I hate the gym, but once I get into it I cant stop. But I always end up failing every year, stopping 4-5 mo later..

A classic insecure JSPer yet again...let me put you in your place so you can understand how pathetic your existence really is. Only one insecure here is you. You're the one who freaks out and throws a hissy fit when somebody else answers peoples questions in this thread

You are apparently the same height as me. Congratulations.

Secondly, I have been at this for 14 years....that's double.

I am certified from NASM and ACSM. I possess a B.A. in nutrition and dual major biology pre-med. BA and dual bio pre-med... pretty much the only interesting thing you mentioned in this wall of useless text

I possess an EMT + Paramedic + Fire certification in the state of FL and I am also nationally registered. GG?!?! Oh wait, that has no relevance to the subject at hand

I am in my LAST year of medical school at the University of Miami maintaining a PERFECT GPA. zzzzz who cares

I have trained literally thousands of people in physical and virtual environments. zzzzzz so have I

I have survived a car wreck that put me in the hospital for 9 months and nearly killed me. I was told I would never walk again and went from 175 lbs to 115 lbs from the beginning to the end. Years later I am now at my strongest and healthiest. zzzzzz i've shrunk down and built myself back up again too, who cares

Between work and school I spend between 80-100 hours a week of my time. In the rest of my time I manage to squeeze in sleep, gym, eat, shower, paying bills, etc. I work 80 hours a week as well, so what

I have overcome extreme obstacles from my entire house being destroyed by a flood (and insurance refusing to pay) all the way to caring for my dying and now deceased father who was the victim of a severe stroke. zzzzzz I've had no house as well, I've cared for dying relatvies too. It's irrelevant to the subject at hand

My biggest lifts and body weight at the time have been: 455 lb bench press x 1 @ 177 lbs, 585 lbs dead lift x 1 @ 185 lbs, 495 lbs squat x1 (ATG) @ 185 lbs, 225 lbs standing olympic curl x 1 @ 177 lbs, 1,440 lbs leg press x 10 @ 185 lbs. Alright so i can admit your best lfits are better than mine. However they not impressive for having lifted for 14 years. I've lifted for half that, and my lifts are not far behind.

I have never used steroids, growth hormone, or oral testosterone. I have used pro-hormones pre-ban. Neither have I. Didn't even use pro-hormones pre-ban.

And despite all of the above mentioned, I still get here on JSP and find the time to answer people's questions 100% free of charge.AMAZING!! Not really

My nutritional, personal training, medical, and kinesthesiological background is far beyond your will ever be if you lived a thousand lifetimes. Lol no

I am sorry to say, but given the fact that you are probably a high school dropout who lives at home with your parents, apparently manage a gym (so you are there all the time), and have only been training for 7 years, and also like to talk big on JSP and attempt to discredit the most knowledgeable person on here means that you most likely lacking in the braincell department. Graduated at the top 2% of the class, have my own apartment, manage a gym (you dont have to be there all the time), and did not try to discredit you. I asked what qualifies YOU. Your qualifications are alright, but nothing special.

I do not need to continue destroying any hopes you have at comeback or e-thug replies. You have proven to me what a worthless excuse for a human being you are. You've not come close to destroying me

Enjoy the rest of your sad pathetic life and stand aside while real people get real work done and make a difference in the world. zzzzzz

You pretty much wasted 10 minutes of your "precious time" typing of that wall of useless gibberish.

All I hear in your post is gibberish, gtfo. You're not welcome here. No one will be directing their questions to you. Douchebags/faggots like you are the reason why jsp's maturity is so low.

This is Raynor's thread, so yes, only he can answer the questions. And let's face it, he knows more than you will ever know, and has proven so in this thread answering hundreds of people's questions diligently.

You're saying that his perfect GPA in med school has no relevance? Seriously?

What a pathetic troll.

No relevance to weightlifting knowledge..? Yes that is what i am saying.
And no, he doesn't know more than I.

I wonder how its possible you can fit so much fail into a single post.

I weigh about 270 pounds. I'm 21 years old. 6'4"

I'm looking to lose some weight. And get into shape. I'm going to start the P90x workout here in a couple days.

I'm concerned on what to eat. I work 10 hours a day. So I only eat twice during those 10 hours. I wake up at 5am. And my lunch is at 11am.
What should I eat everyday for Breakfast when I wake up. and I need something I can keep in my car, in a cooler, or lunchbox that I can eat for lunch without cooking or heating up. Something easy.
Do you have any suggestions? Anything will help. Thanks :D

Time spent in class per week is approximately 20 physical hours + 10 lab hours + 20 hours homework/study time/online components.

Time spent at work is approx 40-50 hours depending on the week.
