incredible rounding in your lumbar spine, during your deadlift, hyperextended c spine.
during your squat, your lumbar spine hyperextends, knees cave, feet pointed out and arches collapsed
your hang clean&jerk looked scary too

Ok cool I can see all of those things

I'll take some vids when I'm not maxing to see if it persists when I focus on it

Any tips other than neutral head when deadlifting?

work on good mornings with a rubber band around both feet and the back of your neck. they teach you how to bias the hip into flexion first, before anything else. you arent lifting the bar with your erector spinae, you pull with your glutes and hams.
