LOL

Nobody is hijacking this thread you fucking retard. Someone asked some questions, and I gave them the correct answers. Simple as that.

As for credentials/knowledge/etc lol what the fuck qualifies YOU to give advice?
I've been studying for 7 years, I've trained people for 3 years, I am certified by 3 organizations,  I manage a gym, I have a client base of over 20 people per week, I'm stronger than you, I'm bigger than you, I look better than you. I win 8)

And what's funny is that you tell me it is damaging to give others advice when you just told somebody to do seated BTN shoulder presses on a smith machine?! Not only is that a ridiculous sub-par exercise, it is also absolute garbage advice and will eventually fuck up somebodies rotator cuffs.

I will not make my own thread. There is no point to having numerous different threads which all serve the same purpose. If people have a question and want advice, then they should have one simple place to refer to, not 20 different threads. So yes if I pop in this thread occasionally and see a question from a member, I WILL post the correct advice to help those in need.

Thanks. Have a great day Mr Professional (lmao at you thinking you're professional) :)

A classic insecure JSPer yet again...let me put you in your place so you can understand how pathetic your existence really is.

You are apparently the same height as me. Congratulations.

Secondly, I have been at this for 14 years....that's double.

I am certified from NASM and ACSM. I possess a B.A. in nutrition and dual major biology pre-med.

I possess an EMT + Paramedic + Fire certification in the state of FL and I am also nationally registered.

I am in my LAST year of medical school at the University of Miami maintaining a PERFECT GPA.

I have trained literally thousands of people in physical and virtual environments.

I have survived a car wreck that put me in the hospital for 9 months and nearly killed me. I was told I would never walk again and went from 175 lbs to 115 lbs from the beginning to the end. Years later I am now at my strongest and healthiest.

Between work and school I spend between 80-100 hours a week of my time. In the rest of my time I manage to squeeze in sleep, gym, eat, shower, paying bills, etc.

I have overcome extreme obstacles from my entire house being destroyed by a flood (and insurance refusing to pay) all the way to caring for my dying and now deceased father who was the victim of a severe stroke.

My biggest lifts and body weight at the time have been: 455 lb bench press x 1 @ 177 lbs, 585 lbs dead lift x 1 @ 185 lbs, 495 lbs squat x1 (ATG) @ 185 lbs, 225 lbs standing olympic curl x 1 @ 177 lbs, 1,440 lbs leg press x 10 @ 185 lbs.

I have never used steroids, growth hormone, or oral testosterone. I have used pro-hormones pre-ban.

And despite all of the above mentioned, I still get here on JSP and find the time to answer people's questions 100% free of charge.

My nutritional, personal training, medical, and kinesthesiological background is far beyond your will ever be if you lived a thousand lifetimes.

I am sorry to say, but given the fact that you are probably a high school dropout who lives at home with your parents, apparently manage a gym (so you are there all the time), and have only been training for 7 years, and also like to talk big on JSP and attempt to discredit the most knowledgeable person on here means that you most likely lacking in the braincell department.

I do not need to continue destroying any hopes you have at comeback or e-thug replies. You have proven to me what a worthless excuse for a human being you are.

Enjoy the rest of your sad pathetic life and stand aside while real people get real work done and make a difference in the world.

@ topic since last post-Vasopro helps a ton. Almost double the time during cardio before my breathing acts up in under 2 weeks.

Hey Raynor, would continuously doing the same amount of cardio after every work out reduce it's benefits in comparison to doing another type of cardio? Currently I'm HIIT biking for 30 minutes after a workout, 4-5 days a week. I still have to push myself hard, which I think is always a good sign.

Not trying to discredit you or say you're lying but you said you've been doing this for 14 years, if that was the case you said you began at the age of 13. Thus meaning you are 27 years old?

BUT

Could you build me a routine to focus mainly on chest, abs, legs. I got my diet down already so.

Please take a look at these helpful threads...there is probably a good routine there for you as it is. If you can't find a good routine, I will custom make you one.

So ~7-8 months ago I posted in here stating that I'd like to try being a vegetarian. Now I've been a vegetarian for 7 months and I've maintained my weight and health well. So yay!

I'm on the edge of chubby and fat. I'm 5'8" I range between 191-194 pounds as a set point. I'd like to try a low carb diet, because I'd like to get down to 180-185lbs. Not very much, but I think it would help me love myself more. I'd like to keep the stocky look :)

So yeah, I know low carb diets consist of lean meats and fish oil, but is it possible to cut out the lean meats? I'm not a huge fan of fish, but I can eat it if needed. I want to know what your guys' suggestions are. I'd really appreciate if someone told me an example of what I should eat in a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner) My first snack and lunch will have to be eaten at school, so it can't be anything too creative. I'll probably start biking/walking/running more for my exercise, but I'm mostly concerned about what I should eat (I don't plan on rigorous exercise. I just want to lower my body's set weight gradually over time. My goal would be to get down to 185 in around 6 months? Nothing too crazy, just a slight lifestyle change.

Let me know if you guys have any tips, and if someone made me a weekly meal plan (I don't mind eating the same thing a lot), then I would pay forum gold.

E: I can eat dairy and sea food. If I'm serious about this, would it be better just to consult a dietitian and come up with a meal plan?

Ok well for an anabolic cutting diet please follow this link, as I have already made one

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&p=304616466

HOWEVER, because you are a vegetarian, I will assist you with making a few easy fixes to accommodate your diet.

Assuming you are a lacto ovo vegetarian, you can eat eggs + dairy. Also assuming you eat seafood, you can substitute a lot of tuna in there for help as well. Protein shakes are also going to be your best friend...so here are some changes:

Proteins that you CAN eat on an anabolic (keto) cutting diet while maintaining vegetarianism:

Eggs, Tuna, Cheese, Soy(I really don't recommend this because of the estrogenic effect - use at your own risk), Nuts/Nut butter, Cottage Cheese, Protein Shakes.

Other foods that you CAN eat:

Veggies (all except for carrots, peas, corn, and potatoes), Avocados, Olive Oil, Flax Oil, Fish Oil, etc.

Essentially your daily diet will look something like this:

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs w/ green peppers + onions + 1 handful almonds
Meal 2 - 4 large stalks celery w/ 4 tbsp peanut butter
Meal 3 - 1 protein shake + 1 serving veggies
Meal 4 - 1 can tuna mixed with mayo and made into tuna salad on top of a green salad w/ olive oil + vinegar
Meal 5 - 4-5oz cheddar cheese melted on top of large serving of broccoli
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 1 small handful of almonds + cinnamon

Hey there. When I joined JSP in 2007 I was actually 22. My birthday is September 9th, 1984. I often mistake myself for 1 year younger when people ask my age as it is my nature to intentionally try to forget my own birthday (I have a problem with it for some reason).

Anyway, I also joined in July, which means I turned 23 the same year that I joined JSP. The post I made was a copy paste that I used in 2007 when I first joined the site and made a failed thread. I saved the file as a wordpad doc (which I do for nearly all of my extremely long JSP messages). I tried multiple times to get a sticky and when I finally did I made my user profile the first post of my sticky (copy/paste). To this day I haven't even updated my profile...well until now that you called it to my attention. Now my profile has updated age/weight stats and soon I will update the lift stats as well.

I turned 26 earlier this month. I did in fact start training when I was 13, or at least seriously training. However I have been lifting weights and learning about health and fitness since I was actually much younger (my father was a bodybuilder). So I estimate my total years of knowledge to be approximately 14 years. (1 year over when I started seriously training).
