follow physicians orders. Stay off the ankle, apply ice if swelling occurs. take your anti-inflammatories, take all necessary meds (if any were prescribed), and avoid physical activity until better. Make sure to get enough nutrition and sleep each day to aid in the repair.

Alright thanks for the routine... I also got 2 other questions.. I been doing sprints for 30 secs every min 1/2 for 10 mins for 3-4 days out of the week to shed the rest of the fat away after my workouts, is that the best way? And I don't have a shoulder machine press at my gym( It's a private cop gym, it has a lot of weights but its also missing good machines) so what should I do instead?

1) Yes that is the best way to burn fat.
2) Anything you can do on a shoulder machine, you can do with free weights. Machines blow ass anyway, so use free weights whenever possible.

yes, HIIT cardio is the best...however try for 20 minutes after every workout instead of 10.

Lastly, as far as no shoulder press machine, use a smith machine (if available) to do seated shoulder presses behind the head

Hello.

Please DO NOT post advice on this thread.

This is my thread to answer people's questions and give advice. Do not attempt to HIJACK this thread.

If you are a professional bodybuilder/powerlifter/nutritionist/trainer, please go make your own thread offering advice and feel free to answer questions in there.

If not, then please keep all answers to yourself. It is not only disrespectful, it is damaging to others when you give advice in here without the proper credentials, knowledge, education, and experience.

Please do not let me see this again.

Thanks

LOL

Nobody is hijacking this thread you fucking retard. Someone asked some questions, and I gave them the correct answers. Simple as that.

As for credentials/knowledge/etc lol what the fuck qualifies YOU to give advice?
I've been studying for 7 years, I've trained people for 3 years, I am certified by 3 organizations, I manage a gym, I have a client base of over 20 people per week, I'm stronger than you, I'm bigger than you, I look better than you. I win 8)

And what's funny is that you tell me it is damaging to give others advice when you just told somebody to do seated BTN shoulder presses on a smith machine?! Not only is that a ridiculous sub-par exercise, it is also absolute garbage advice and will eventually fuck up somebodies rotator cuffs.

I will not make my own thread. There is no point to having numerous different threads which all serve the same purpose. If people have a question and want advice, then they should have one simple place to refer to, not 20 different threads. So yes if I pop in this thread occasionally and see a question from a member, I WILL post the correct advice to help those in need.

Thanks. Have a great day Mr Professional (lmao at you thinking you're professional) :)
