LOLLLL very good lifts Tear. The squat was especially impressive to me oO

How comes I can lift up almost the weight you're using in deadlift but then in Squats I squat around half your squat weight? Fuck this nigga my squat will never get better, it seems :(

That has never worked for me... Usually what I do when I have time is train everything once a week to maintain strength and size, and hit at least twice the muscle I want to grow... Otherwise they won't. In fact, the only time I made a great progress in chest, both in strength and size, I was benching, doing dips, french press and military press three times a week...

id suggest hitting legs once a week
as well as deads

heavy compounds like those destroy your cns .. and without proper rest
youll never grow and exhausting your cns leads to higher risk of injury

Yes, proper rest has always been the biggest flaw in my training, along with the diet, but that's something I fixed quite well some time ago. However, I manage to get better bench and chest, and better deadlift (not better glutes and hams). But my squats simply won't get better ><

I guess I should try to go to bed earlier, because I usually sleep like 5 hours a day, I always go very late to bed and then read a little, then I have to wak up early to go to the University... I know I'm fucking everything up with that :/...

How wide do you squat? Do you do any accessory work for your glutes/hams? Trying adding RDLs into your program, and I don't know about hitting legs once a week, but if that's what works best for you. Try adding some GPP work into your routine, as well.

truth of the matter is, if your can workout back or legs twice a week, your workouts suck, for lack of a better word.

Bet he's lacking the right weight per rep scheme if he's having growth issues doing squats once a week. Or has really bad form and is cheating his workout because of it
