Don't get me wrong, he looks great, and has huge arms..just not 23s

i can try to find it, it was in a book by some dude that used to do all the measurements at the shows like mr. olympia mr universe all that

Just because his bodyfat is extremely low doesnt mean his arms are bigger. They're in proportion with the rest of his body. There's one picture in my profile where I measured at 23". I've lost some fat since then so they back to 22-22 1/2.

If you need comparison, just look at the picture with my ex girlfriend I guess. My arms are flexed but not pumped and they're the size of her head.

Considering Ruhl has 24" arms in contest season..and he's a SEO pin cushion..I dont think Arn had 23s..
