yeah, i went ahead and ordered two boxes of the vpx zero impact..
seemed like the only decent choice out there for what im looking for.

Hey, I was asking you before about NO Xplode effecting circulation in my left arm and such, but I think I know what's causing it...could it be CEE (creatine ethyl ester)?

I just started going back on it several days ago. been taking a decent amount of it, and my circulation (lack of) issues seem to be coming back, and my carpel tunnel is coming back quicker...

I highly doubt CEE would have any effect on reducing your circulation. I've never heard of circulation problems from taking CEE. Any stimulant including caffeine in no explode...can cause those problems. However, the best combatant to circulation problems is to take plenty of arginine+ornithine throughout the day. Get NOW! Arginine+Ornithine and take 4 pills every 2-3 hours every day. This improves circulation and blood pressure - as well as vasodilation and increased pumps at the gym.

It's actually late second shift. I've been sleeping around 8am-4pm, But if i wanted to do the before work workout i would sleep about 5am-1pm.

Thanks, I'm taking tribulus (4 a day, spread out), L-arganine, Caffeine (prior to lifting), multi, ester c right now. I'll throw some forum cheese your way when I sell my druid (quitting d2).

ehh...its great if it works for you. As with any specific training routine...it needs to be tailored to your own body, habits, growth patterns, and diet. No exercise program is perfect or even effective for everyone. I would recommend trying it and seeing what kind of results you see...that's the only real way to know.

just for my own knowledge, what is it about grape juice that makes it good for mixing with creatine? does it have to be 100% grape juice? are there any alternatives?

also, what is dextrose the most helpful for? and how much/how often/ and when should it be consumed?
