that's it, i won't be adding weight since i feel the technique is SO sloppy and the fatigue is real
bit of lumar flexion, not a fan. stop craning your neck to look in the mirror. also your hips never fully extend youre always a little bit flexed which suggests your glutes arent on enough and youre relying on some second order stability
