bit of lumar flexion, not a fan. stop craning your neck to look in the mirror. also your hips never fully extend youre always a little bit flexed which suggests your glutes arent on enough and youre relying on some second order stability

also first time doing box squats, I'm sure I'm butchering them. Any tips? wanting to increase vertical for the lolz and build explosiveness cuz my squats are slow as fuk.
