no. avoid raw eggs always.

contrary to popular belief, raw eggs are not for bodybuilders. Your body only assimilates about 2g of protein per egg when you eat them raw. When you cook them, you have the benefit of all 6g of protein.

There is a very small risk of salmonella if eating eggs raw instead of cooked...but that is just another possibility to consider as well.

If you are like me and just simply are sick and tired of eggs and oatmeal in the mornings, you can try to make healthy fried rice in the morning.

1 cup brown rice + 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce + 3 eggs + chopped carrots/celery/onions + garlic/pepper to taste - cook the rice and eggs (scramble them) separately, then throw them all together in a big saucepan or wok and cook together with the veggies, soy sauce, and seasonings. The bland egg and oatmeal taste is gone and replaced with some delicious quasi Chinese food.

Hey man.

I generally don't really care for p90x or any of the new craze workout routines. If you want a good plyo or cardio routine, you need one custom made for your own body. Cookie cutter routines that are meant to work for everyone simply don't. Although they may serve as a good foundation (5x5 for example) everyone requires slight variations for maximum efficiency.

I personally think that for pure cardio you need to focus on HIIT - as this has proven to me the most effective way to improve endurance and burn fat.

As far as plyos go, these are VERY subjective as to what you are working on. People who play basketball get a certain routine of plyos, people training for a specific olympic event get other plyos, people looking for just all around fat burning and fat twitch muscle balancing get other plyos, etc.

i hope this answered your question....and if not...basically heres the nutshell answer

P90X = no go

custom routine = best way

haha, yea i guess i should of already knew the answer b/c of how each person is completely different. i just wasnt thinking :(

but thanks again.

Hmm, I wonder why your body can only assimilate 2g when you ingest eggs raw.

So I have started running because I get out of breath real easily, ive gained a lil weight, so i'm just wanting to get back in shape.

I have asthma, so when i run for even just like ten minutes, i am really hard at breathing for a solid 15 minutes.

I want to kick my asthma by getting back in shape.

Is it better to NOT take my inhaler? Or should I take my inhaler? What i mean is, will taking my inhaler be a cop out for my body to overcome its asthma?

I want to be able to run for 30+ minutes without being out of breath for more than a few minutes, like normal.

I'm looking for a good shoulder routine, but if you got a full muscle routine for my height that would be great .

What would be the best approach at tanning trying to avoid skin cancer as well. Mainly focused on leg/arm tanning though, or just general works.

From general knowledge I'd assume

- Tanning beds = no go

because the egg albumin (the white) isn't a fully bonded protein until it's cooked.
