Finished my Candito 5 week cycle

Squat e1rm 157, I hit 152.5
bench e1rm 98, I hit 100kg my first 2 plate bench ever!! (my bum might have very slightly come off the bench)
dead e1rm 185, i hit 185 (speed on this was insane, tried 190kg, failed tho)

33lb increase onto my total! Going to keep doing this program, was a lot of fun! I think I might go against Candito's "no additional direct tricep work" cuz my triceps are small and frail, and that's where i'm always failing on the bench.

More leg drive. Drop your hips and imagine yourself driving the lift with your quads and glutes.

Otherwise from this angle is looks fine.

Hi guys, hope everyone is doing well :)
Just a quick update: not doing deads for a while due to discomfort while deadlifting; bench press is up to 315 for 3 sets of 5 as of last week; and squats are up to 315x12, whatever that equates to in real numbers :P
Strength is probably gonna take a bit of a divebomb the next few weeks as I'm heading into finals/graduation/submitting med school apps
