whats your routine out of curiosity?
My routine has been all over the place. Lately I've been cutting a little bit of chest out since it seems to overpower everything else. I just don't train chest as hard as I train everything else now.
I used to do quads/hams once a week, now I do them like 3 times in 2 weeks so it's like 1.5 times a week (sort of)

Oh...and basically nothing but drop sets and super sets. My intensity has been crazy with all these carbs lol

A friend of mine hopped on a bunch of crap and he's basically around the same size as me now. He was even taking growth (I believe) and he's been doing it for about a year.
I don't wanna know what I look like if I hopped on, everyone always says I would be a beast

My goal is to become a natural pro first though before I plan on hopping on stuff, but I'm always changing my mind so you never know. I just want to do VERY well naturally first before I hop on anything.
