Started Canditos 6 week program with a 147.5 squat 97.5 bench and a 175 dl

Just hit 145x4 (last rep I don't think I hit depth.)

Last time I squatted 145 unracking the weight felt so heavy. I unracked it this time and it felt light as a feather on my back! Not sure if I'm going to start a new cycle next week, or test my new maxes. Depends what I hit for my dls. If I think I can get a 1,000 total I'll test my maxes.

Things I've improved on: keeping my knees out, the narrow stance feels amazing now that I've got used to it. I have a lot of forward lean (bar path is still sweet tho) but my low back feels amazing.
Dropping into the hole a lot faster and more confidently and keeping back tightness.
Narrowed my hand placement (I have to use a thumbless grip otherwise elbow pain, my wrists bend way back but as soon as they start to hurt I know I'm not pulling my lats into my body, so it's a pretty decent cue to keep my back tight!
I need to improve my ankle dorsiflexion though.

Can't edit, but.

Programming is written out Mon squat 1-4 wed bench 1-4 and fri deads 1-4.

I think I'm going to do bench tmrw and dead on Wednesday then test my max on Friday or Saturday. Then I can just restart the cycle next week. I think I won't be too fatigued from it, eating tons, drinking a lot of water and sleeping 10-12 hours/day.

nvm CNS is fucked, gonna take a rest day tomorrow before I do dls. then test maxes on Saturday and deload next week.

Behind, so I can see how externally rotated your legs aren't and watch for lumbar spine flexion/extension.

And your CnS is not fucked

For which lift?

By fucked I just mean I can feel the effects of lifting, and I'm tired and burnt out by my 2nd accessory lift.
