208 now. Was 230 at heaviest

Angle pose? I just sat the ipod the only place I could put it and turned the timer on and took the picture lol
and like 17" now.. aren't shrinking NEARLY like last time I cut lol.. I really lost a lot of muscle last cut I'm now realizing.
