When cutting my favorite snack is whipped cream and protein powder mixed. Low cals and proteins.

Another thing I advocate for is smoking doob before the gym. You get such a good mind-muscle connection/pump and can push through pain like its non existent. 10/10 smoke weed before the gym.

This is not uncommon but take a 5-10 minute ice bath after your heart rate is @ rest after an INTENSE workout.

Do it after every intense workout but never on recovery days if you're on a very strict routine for sports.

Also, a warm bath hours after that would relax your muscles so not only it heals you through good blood circulation but heals better in your sleep since your muscles will be more relaxed.

To make it realistic....Buy a huge garbage outdoor trash can and fill 2 liter soda bottles with 99% water and just freeze those and drop them in 15 min before the ice bath THEN throw in some extra ice to make it extra cold lol.

Some of those trash bins are HUGEEEE.

Not many people do this, so i say it's uncommon. I hope one day it will be as common as people doing cardio.

LOL

it feels super good. It's basically like just icing an injury. More blood to your injury for faster healing after your blood warms up hehehe

instead of that..you do it to your whole delicious body :)

when you warm up from it......it feels soooooo goooood.

this is one of those things where it's a little bit uncomfortable at first....but after the first or 2nd time........you'll start to love it and want it after every workout.

also if you take your wife into the ice bath with you.

her pussy just tightens up in a way that you can't comprehend LOL

Like for sure your massive cock and balls will shrink to a low level that you can't imagine but that's survival for you. Your body literally pulls your 2 balls INSIDDE of you....IM like 99% serious cause if you put your hands there...you habe NO IDEA if your balls are hiding behind all that ball sack skin or it's literally up inside of you. You're also too cold to really feel your fingers so you're not sure what's going on.

try it guys

Ur ass clenches so hard it's difficult to even touch your butthole while you're in the water
