ah I see what you mean. The problem there is most people don't have the time to do that. For it to be effective you still need to maintain some volume with your workouts and if people are going to do that they end up either neglecting another body part due to time constraints or just don't have time for it which is why once a week dedicated works for so many people. Associative muscles are still being hit twice a week. it just becomes their light second workout
