nobody's saying humans are herbivores! that just isn't true. some vegans can be pretty batshit but i'd like to think they're the minority  the argument typically made here is that animal products, especially meat, pose a lot of health risks (both inherently and due to the way we treat the animals, like how noobwacker has bitchtits) and aren't necessary to maintain a completely nutritious diet (except for B vitamins, but that's why i'm pescatarian). not to mention the ethical reasons.
and i'm not sure if you believe in evolution or not, but even hominids were omnivores. meat's been a part of our ancestral diets for a looong time.
what about lactose intolerant people, there's evidence suggesting that all of our adult ancestors were lactose intolerant. as if we're in the middle of an evolutionary stage where before we were all lactose intolerant, and if dairy continues to be a staple of our diets, in years to come nobody will be lactose intolerant. this would actually be something interesting to read up on.
Well yea the way we treat animals with antibiotics (idk about this argument but the antibiotics are only ran for a course and excreted out of their system after a certain point) and feed them utter shit (which can have an impact on humans if we eat their intestines and not their meat).
Yea i'm a strong believer in creationism. God created us all, and god created GMO's.
Lactose intolerant people should cut out dairy for a month, go 'clean', then try it again and then go 2 months, test, 3 months and test again. IF they can't fuck it, have them take lactase enzyme pills. No harm in that.
