Wait so what I said was true, just I worded it wrong? It's a different reason that you get stronger on a cut, that isn't because of strength cell reproduction/growth?

It makes sense to me frorm the point of less tissue getting broken down by those lower reps, so easier to replenish as compared to high reps.

How do we know it has to do with reps and not total working volume? What if higher resistances are required to induce structural protein damage relative to moderate loads?
