food: breakfast i had south west wrap. dinner was pork and sourkrout
Gym: 45 mins (was pissed because i had to wait for damn machine was on verge of walking out) and the work out sucked.
thoughts: i see a huge result using lower weight and making sure i do all exercises perfect and concentrate more then if i do heavy weight

edit: i used double the weight i used last work out and i feel like i didn't work out today. last workout i used low weight and still experienced pain the next day

no, it's here to tell anyone that can help me see what my routine is so they can hopefully answer questions i have. people apparently still think im trolling so no one really answers my questions anyways. who knows maybe something i post will help someone else out

yea, i usually work alot though and i can't eat during work. i just weighed myself at the gym this morning i'm 155lbs and i'm 5'8 i think thats pretty good? anyways i havent worked out in oast 2 days prior due to being busy but still trying to work on my fitness
