e/ just checked bluerevos facebook and hes actually pretty lean / has some muscle now, good for him i guess lmao

To be fair, anyone here, when they first started in this sub, could have sounded big, whether they were or not. There are a lot of them that did, only to be Sherlocked.

I do see your point, though. Does he still look Downsy, though?

Honestly the real trolling didn't start until after the "PhD student" and "come at me"-esque remarks. He brought the shit on himself by being an arrogant asshole.

LOL

'' Final thought: meat-eaters are also ingesting all of the negative energy that accumulated in the animal during its short, horrific life; all of the fear, anger, hatred, dread, and anxiety that were stored in the cells of the animal. When you eat that "pink" flesh, you take in not only the toxic chemicals, but all that negative energy. It's not a very pleasant thought.''

in theory, you shouldnt be missing anything you'd find in meat if your diet is on point, so theres no real reason that you'd lose mass if you maintain micro/macronutrient intake

there are many health benefits in regards to eliminating animal products from your diet (such as reduced overall inflammation, reduced arteriosclerosis, etc)

you should be able to find suitable diets online pretty easily since there are many bodybuilders/plifters who are vegan and competing

Not quite
Read more pls
What in meat is going to promote random bouts of inflammation and long term atherosclerosis? Tell me anything truly mechanistic and, ipso facto, causal, please. You'll find the opposite. Studies investigating vegetarians/vegans also tend to find an antithetical trend vis-a-vis your fatuous pontifications. Basically higher incidence of frailty, injury, and disease and no true benefit.
