there are many health benefits in regards to eliminating animal products from your diet (such as reduced overall inflammation, reduced arteriosclerosis, etc)
you should be able to find suitable diets online pretty easily since there are many bodybuilders/plifters who are vegan and competing

What in meat is going to promote random bouts of inflammation and long term atherosclerosis? Tell me anything truly mechanistic and, ipso facto, causal, please. You'll find the opposite. Studies investigating vegetarians/vegans also tend to find an antithetical trend vis-a-vis your fatuous pontifications. Basically higher incidence of frailty, injury, and disease and no true benefit.
