years ago, no exercise and bad diet, barely waking up to 6 different alarms and feeling tired all day

after exercise, wake up every single morning feeling 100, like a million fucking bucks, with tons of energy, mental clarity, and ready to take on the world.

to make 650 in deadlift :P atm at 480 (ish) also started to practice olympic lifts but thats alot of technique to im at 7 days a week now doing 4 days strenght and 3 days technique and cardio :) my goal is 300 lbs in clean and jerk (atm no pr: cuz techniques to bad but workin gon it), hero is dimirty klokov!



yaya hes on roids but still damn impressive ^^

Mainly self improvement. if im doing fuck all with my life but im getting a bit bigger or leaner then at least ive done something

30% bodyfat doesnt feel good... plus i have not been sick in over 4 years
