i didnt read the comments so i dont know if it was already said but... you waste a lot of energy before your set by standing with the bar on your back. im not saying start your set once you unload the weight right awway but literally it shouldnt take you longer than 10 seconds after you have unracked the weight onto your back

its not bad, just in most cases a waste of time in my opinion

im not sayin u cannot stabilize without weight

just saying, the weight adds another factor when u do stabilize, and i view it as more beneficial to practice with at least some weight

Here's my warmup, did 10 reps with the bar already, had a great warmup, then couldn't even squat did 0 working set reps frustrated AF

Here's me trying to squat, I just physically can't get that first rep. If i manage the first rep the next 4 come much easier and just make sense etc.

did 3 sets of this (0 reps) before i gave up and went on to bench.

still slight groin pain, hurt on 4th rep so i let it go, it's all better now so i can go HAM for deads on wednesday



09/07 36 pullups, 43 hanging leg raises, 55lb 40x reps ez bar curl. no HIIT, foam rolled back + face

This is literally cringe worthy. Stop fidgeting around and shuffling the bar on your shoulders. You literally just look scared to go down. It seems almost like your body just wants to default to a good morning and fold up. If you can't squat, don't waste time throwing away set after set for no reason. Just do something else.
