Let's put it this way. Not only did all progress halt but it did a screaming 180.
Backup to 215lbs. 47" waist. Eating pizza 2-3 times a day (manage a shop as stated earlier) .
Started again tonight. Has nothing to do with a resolution. Just finally ready. Got off track emotionally. Had a few rough months. Finally made the decision again to do this.

Started tonight with some warm up squats.

Then to bench

Bent over row;
5x135 X 2
Then my glasses fell off and I stepped on them and that was the end of tonight's work out.
I did manage to repair them and will be back at it again tomorrow.
I won't be recording my food in here as I did last time. Just status updates every couple days.
My new target is 190 lbs and 38" waist by July 2016. It's realistic. And I anticipate smashing it.
