Its enough to keep me going/full. I'm satisfied with it from a hunger perspective.

Ya breakfast is a joke tbh. I need to start waking up earlier and eating better. Define "oats" like. Straight up oats? Or an oatmeal? And I love bananas.

10:00 awake

11:30am Breakfast:2 cups vector cereal with 473ml chocolate milk
2:30 pm: 1 chicken breast diced and tossed with handful each of onion and mushroom and green pepper on top of a bed of 1 cup white 5 min rice.
9:30-10:30 dinner. unknown.

Pre workout shake, 45g protein using water
Workout at 12:30/1:30 ish. Followed by protein shake using skim milk 45g.

Throughout the day, about 3-5L of water

So. I took a few days off like a cunt and now I gained 5 lbs and needed a warmup set of 135x5 and 145x5 before I could do my 165x5x5.

Let's put it this way. Not only did all progress halt but it did a screaming 180.

Backup to 215lbs. 47" waist. Eating pizza 2-3 times a day (manage a shop as stated earlier) .

Started again tonight. Has nothing to do with a resolution. Just finally ready. Got off track emotionally. Had a few rough months. Finally made the decision again to do this.

Then to bench
5x65 X 5
5x95 X 5
5x135 X 5

Bent over row;
5x135 X 2
Then my glasses fell off and I stepped on them and that was the end of tonight's work out.
I did manage to repair them and will be back at it again tomorrow.

I won't be recording my food in here as I did last time. Just status updates every couple days.

My new target is 190 lbs and 38" waist by July 2016. It's realistic. And I anticipate smashing it.

I think your goals are very realistic. Just think of the end goal every time you go to put something in your mouth, every time you are too tired to do a work out.
