This is how I feel about pre workouts: if you aren't ready to workout or not motivated, you don't want the effects you're going for and therefore wasting your time.
If you are ready and motivated, you don't need the pwo anyway.
That's how I see it too. If I don't have any energy at all, no PWO in the world will change that.
If I do have lots of energy, well then I don't need a PWO now do I...
