so speaking of raynor's copy and pastes and redirects to previous post. I'm actually on one of his plans.
but first my stats:

16.8% bf
170 lbs
doing his keto on day 5 now. I was 19% bf in March before I talked to him just started to watch my calories and eat healthier and general and got in 17% range and stuck there for a bit and now keto seems to be showing more results
