I know :((( I started at 3,150 kcals (apparently a 100 calorie deficit) and I was gonna decrease 100 cals/week if no weight change, still at 3,150 still losing weight lol, strength is still going up though just slower than when I was bulking.

gonna do a very slow bulk starting end of July, iifym .5lbs/week Hopefully hit 180 by summer next year at under 12%, shouldn't need a cut after that, all just plans atm though thanks guys though!
