Thats a big assumption.
Or we dont waste our money on things that we dont need.

To each their own though, if it works for you, go ahead.
But ive seen people be very successful without whey, preworkouts, or supplements.

lol definitely wasting my money -_-

i havent taken PWO in years.. probably 2+, or any supplement for that matter... just been getting a little stale and been having long days.

the only thing ive taken is oximega fish oils from time to time..

id imagine im in the top 5% on quality of diet / discipline and body composition on this forum.

my assumptions about drinking and tobacco are about as ridiculous as you assuming i take whey, glutamine, bcaa, whatever you qualify as "supplements"

Don't make a claim and not back it up.

I'm a billionaire, but I'm not gonna post my bank balance because it's douchey.

Yeah, thats what you sound like.

lol go to the gaming section of the misc and see how many ridiculously shredded guys are in there who play wow and league of legends and other mmo's.

I play fucking everquest religiously and get all hardcore into raiding 3 hours a day 4 days a week.

There's definitely some well composed guys in that body thread in here... But I know what I look like and I'm objective enough to see where I would stand.

It's the absolute worst..... Guys that have been working out for 6 months post their "healthy" dinners and "post workout bod" pics...

I had a roommate that was a rookie to workin out and I had to give him a talking to once.

I would never ever ask to see your bank account... As I don't care tbh.

Similar to how I feel about this, idc if anyone online knows I'm cut up or not lol. It brings 0 value and seems a little weird to me (not saying people that post in there are weird just personal preference).

Edit: there was a guy in the basketball forum the other day that said he made like 70k/yr or something and people were saying "prove it!" And his answer was exactly what mine would be "no I'm not posting my bank statements on a diablo 2 forum so you guys believe me, idc if u believe me or not." Lol

yeah, its kind of just a fad right now period. Every guy who goes to the gym now is trying to compete in bodybuilding, yet the same number/percentage is actually competing because all the new people coming in wanting to "compete" still need the knowledge, drive, and muscle maturity that they just wont get in their first year or two.
I live in a college town which is the biggest party state school in a big state and let me tell you half the damn school, guys and girls, think they are bodybuilding competitors. It gets really annoying because im actually at the level I can compete soon and they all freak out and are always hovering around me asking me questions and asking if I compete and all that.
